Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ResitGo (the “Service”), a tuition receipt and payment management application owned and operated by ResitGo (“we”, “us”, or “the Owner”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ResitGo lets tuition centres manage students, classes, and monthly payments, and generate printable and exportable receipts. The Service is provided to authorised account holders only.

2. Accounts and access

Access requires a login. Accounts are created and managed by the Owner; there is no self-service signup or password reset within the application. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify the Owner promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Your data and content

You retain ownership of the student, class, payment, and business information you enter (“Your Content”). You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of Your Content and for having any consent required to store information about third parties (such as students and their guardians). You grant us a limited licence to host and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
attempt to access data belonging to other account holders, or circumvent the Service’s security or access controls;
copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or its underlying software; or
interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Your Content), is the proprietary property of the Owner and is protected by copyright and other laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

6. Receipts and records

The Service helps you record and present payment information, but you remain solely responsible for the correctness of your financial records and for meeting any tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations that apply to your business.

7. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
